Befriending

Our one-to-one befriending service pairs trained volunteers whos provide regular visits, offering friendship, conversation, and companionship for people in the local community. Whether someone is struggling with a recent loss, living alone, or facing mental health challenges, our befriending service gives them the support they need to feel connected and valued.

Social events

We organise social events, such as coffee mornings, group activities, and outings, where people can come together, share experiences, and build new friendships. These activities create opportunities for individuals to feel part of a community, combat loneliness, and enjoy the simple joy of social connection.

Support and wellbeing

In addition to providing friendship, we also support individuals by connecting them with other local services, such as healthcare providers, counselling, and community groups. This holistic approach ensures that people not only have a companion but also have access to the resources they need to improve their overall well-being.
